Located in Palma de Mallorca on the Balearic Islands, Spain, this designed country house impresses with its clean and modern design that perfectly matches the surroundings. The house was built on a 17,000 square meter plot in a quiet and tranquil area. The house itself covers an area of 409 square meters and it was completed in 2012.

 The modern villa was a project by the architects from EcoDesignFinca. Great emphasis was placed on quality and materials as well as on technology.The villa has an H shape on one level and large windows with views of the interior courtyard.

 The interior living space measures 400 square meters and it’s divided into a large entrance hall with piano, a modern kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a master bedroom with dressing room, an en-suite bathroom, a spa with sauna, a Jacuzzi room, an office, a guest bathroom and a utility room.

 The living and dining room are separated by a fireplace. Only high-quality materials were used for this project. The villa has under-floor heating, insulated exterior walls, double-glazed windows, parquet flooring and luxury bathrooms. A heat pump and a home ventilation system make sure that the temperature is always pleasant, both during summer and winter.-Via
